Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items with all original labels and protective packaging into a secure mailing bag or box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
